Dear Friend, We just finished the last night of our Jesus festival in India and I truely feel overwhelmed and deeply moved with the grace and goodness of God. The deaf and dumb were healed, tumors fell off, the lame walked, the blind saw and thousands accepted Christ and Saviour and Lord. And to Jesus be ALL the glory.

After the first night of the festival a large number of hindus responded to accept Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. This caused a reaction in a few militant hindus to write a letter to the chief of police that we are trying to convert the people. Of course this is not true because I only preach Christ and let the Holy Spirit change people. However, Rev Muthu, who is my festival director, came and told me that the police were sending more officers to closely watch us saying that a riot could break out at any moment. They told us that we are not aloud to give any testimonies of healings in public. I felt very discouraged and prayed to God is my hotel room what I should do. The Lord spoke to me and said "I have given you favor with these Hindus. As I am so are you in this world." Wow! that encouraged me greatly.

We continued with the festival and the Lord gave me wisdom to have all the people sit down so that if a lame person gets healed they can all see it anyways. So they quickly brought to the crusade grounds and I preached my message and explained to them that Jesus will heal you right where you are. After the gospel message and prayer for the sick people some lame people stoop up and were healed! Glory to God! The next day the crowd, healings and salvations increased.

The last night was a crowd of 10 thousand people. Many accepted Christ and the healings and miracles where like nothing we've ever seen. There was and Hindu mother who came to the platform with her 3 or 4 year old daughter. The mother said that she had a severe problem in her liver and stomach that caused another problem in her brain. They went for the surgery for the head but she still suffered pain and lot's of swelling in the stomach. The mother said that when they came the daughter told her mother that she feels heat in her stomach and her stomach shrank down to normal size. I looked over at this pretty little girl and asked her who healed her. She responded and said "Papa Jesus". It was so beautiful to take her in my arms telling India that Jesus is for the world. Not just for christians, but Jesus died and rose again for EVERY PERSON. Praise God! The very festival that began with opposition from Hindus, ended in triumph and a demonstration of the grace of God for all people. What a mighty God we serve!

Estimado amigo, acabamos de finalizar la última noche de nuestra cruzada en la India y verdaderamente me siento inundado y profundamente conmovido con la gracia y bondad de Dios. El sordo y el mudo fueron sanados, tumores desaparecieron (cayeron), el cojo caminó, el ciego vio y miles aceptaron a Cristo  Salvador y Señor. ¡A Jesús sea TODA la gloria!

Después de la primera noche de cruzada un gran número de hindúes respondieron aceptando a Cristo como Salvador y Señor. Esto ocasionó la reacción de un pequeño grupo de hindúes militantes que escribieron una carta al jefe de la policía diciendo que estábamos tratando de convertir las personas. Por supuesto esto no es verdad porque yo solamente predico a Cristo y dejo al Espíritu Santo que cambie a las personas. Sin embargo, Rev. Muthu, quien mi director en esta cruzada, vino y me dijo que la policía estaba enviando más oficiales para observarnos de cerca diciendo que un disturbio podría desatarse en cualquier momento. Me dijeron que no nos estaba permitido dar testimonios de sanidad en público.

Me sentí muy desanimado y oré a Dios en la habitación de mi hotel preguntándole qué debía hacer. El Señor me habló y me dijo “Yo te he dado favor con estos hindúes. Como soy yo, así eres tú en este mundo” ¡Wow! Esto me animó grandemente. Continuamos con la cruzada y el Señor me dio sabiduría para mantener las personas sentadas de tal manera que si una persona coja era sanada ellos pudieran verlo de todas maneras. Entonces me llevaron rápidamente a la cruzada y yo predique mi mensaje. Le expliqué que Jesús les sanaría en el lugar donde estuvieran. ¡Después del mensaje del evangelio y oración por los enfermos algunas personas cojas se levantaron y fueron sanadas! ¡Gloria a Dios! El siguiente día incrementó la multitud, las sanidades y la salvación.

La última noche había una multitud como de diez mil personas. Muchos aceptaron a Cristo y las sanidades y milagros fueron como nunca las habíamos visto. Una mujer hindú subió a la plataforma con su hija de 3 o 4 años. La madre dijo que su hija tenía un problema severo en su hígado y estómago que le causó otro problema en su cerebro. Le habían hecho una cirugía en su cabeza, pero seguía sufriendo dolor y mucha hinchazón en su estómago. La madre dijo que cuando ellas vinieron a la cruzada la niña le dijo que sentía calor en su estómago y este se había reducido a su tamaño normal. Yo miré a esta hermosa y pequeña niña y le pregunté quien la había sanado. Ella respondió diciendo “Papa Jesús”. Fue muy hermoso tomarla en mis brazos diciéndole a la India que Jesús es para el mundo, no solo para los cristianos. Cristo murió y  resucito para TODAS LAS PERSONAS. ¡Alabado sea Dios! El festival que inició con la oposición de los hindúes, terminó en triunfo y con una demostración de la gracia de Dios por todas las personas. ¡Qué poderoso Dios a quien servimos!
